Stain treatment is the most common reason for requiring our services. From accidental spills to mishaps with our pets. The key to having success is how to treat the stain when it first happens and getting professional help as quickly as possible.

For that reason we encourage you to only blot a stain using water if it is a liquid spill or scraping off the excess if it is a solid stain. In both cases you could use paper towels or a white hand towel to blot the stain and not rub it so it doesn’t distort the pile. Having a damp white hand towel over the stain until receiving professional help will be beneficial.

We have specialised chemicals for different types of stains so recommend not using products before engaging our services as this can make it more difficult to treat and less likely to be successful.
